The site is informational. It presents the Operator's services and the reasoning behind them.

Nothing here is an offer within the meaning of Article 66 of the Polish Civil Code, and nothing here is professional, legal, tax or investment advice. Any engagement is agreed separately in writing.

Figures, market data and research cited on the site are attributed to their sources at the point of use. They describe the market, not a result the Operator promises to any individual client.

You may read, print and share the site's pages for your own information and for the internal purposes of your organisation.

You may not: interfere with the site's operation or security; attempt to gain unauthorised access to it or to the systems that serve it; scrape it in a way that degrades availability for others; or present its content as your own.

The site requires no account and asks for no registration.

The site's text, layout, graphics, photography, source code and the Levera name and mark are protected and belong to the Operator or are used by it under licence.

Copying or reworking them for commercial purposes requires the Operator's prior written consent. Quoting with attribution and a link is permitted.

Third-party marks appearing on the site belong to their owners and are shown for identification only.

The Operator makes reasonable efforts to keep the site available and its content current, but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that every figure remains accurate as sources are updated.

To the extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for decisions taken solely on the basis of the site's content, nor for damage arising from circumstances beyond its control.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, in particular for damage caused intentionally or for harm to life or health.

The site links to third-party pages, including the research sources it cites. The Operator does not control them and is not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

The Operator may amend these terms, for example when the site's functionality or the applicable law changes. The current version is always the one published here, with the date of the last change shown at the foot of the page.

Amendments do not affect rights acquired under the previous version.

These terms are governed by Polish law. Disputes are resolved by the court having jurisdiction under the generally applicable rules.

A consumer may also use out-of-court complaint and redress procedures, including the European ODR platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
